SC: If Chargesheet Does Not Reveal Prima Facie Case, Embargo For Bail Won't Apply - (29 Oct 2021)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has held that the embargo for grant of bail under Section 43D(5) of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 will not be attracted if the chargesheet does not reveal a prima facie case.
