Karnataka High Court Grants Bail to Kerala CPI(M) Leader's Son Bineesh Kodiyeri in PMLA Case - (29 Oct 2021)

Karnataka High Court has allowed the bail application filed by Bineesh Kodiyeri, son of Kerala CPI (M) leader Kodiyeri Balakrishnan who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
