Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea for Regulation of Internal Elections in Political Parties - (29 Oct 2021)

ELECTION

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Election Commission of India (EC) on a Public Interest Litigation seeking regulatory oversight of internal elections in political parties. The Court has asked the EC to file its counter affidavit in the matter.
