CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that mere support given to a terrorist organization or mere association with it, is not sufficient to attract offences under Sections 38 and 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, in its judgment restoring the bail granted to Thwaha Fasal and Allan Shuhaib.
