Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Govt Communication for Collection of Information - (26 Oct 2021)

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to the state government on a petition filed by People's Union For Civil Liberties, challenging the communication issued by the State government dated July 7, seeking to collect information about churches in the state.
