P&H HC Directs Punjab DGP to Decide Advocate's Representation on Corruption in RTO Dept - (26 Oct 2021)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the Director-General of Police, Punjab to take a decision on the representation submitted by a lawyer seeking police protection alleging a threat to his life due to his action of raising a voice against 'open corruption' in the RTO department of the state of Punjab.
