SC Directs Day-to-Day Trial in Case Involving DU Professor G N Saibaba - (01 Mar 2016)

Supreme Court, while hearing bail plea of Delhi University Professor G N Saibaba who is facing trial for his alleged Maoist links, has asked a Maharashtra trial court to conduct day-to-day trial in the case and examine eight key prosecution witnesses in a month.
