Kerala HC Directs to Notify Order Clarifying Procedure for Medical Professional in Criminal Case - (25 Oct 2021)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has directed the State to expeditiously notify an order clarifying the procedure to be followed by medical professionals while examining accused and under-trial persons for evidence of any manner of custodial torture or injury.
