Delhi High Court Advises Registry to Maintain Records of Cross-Challenge to Awards - (25 Oct 2021)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has advised its Registry to devise of system to maintain records of the cross challenges to awards under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 so as to ensure that they are listed before the same bench.
