Karnataka High Court Directs to Permit Filing of TRAN-1 Electronically or Manually Within 30 days - (22 Oct 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Karnataka High Court has directed the Good and Service Tax (GST) Authority to permit the filing of TRAN-1 either electronically or manually within 30 days.
