Jharkhand HC Extends No Coercive Action Order in Defamation Case Against Rahul Gandhi - (21 Oct 2021)

Jharkhand High Court has extended the order of no coercive steps against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi till 7th December, 2021, in connection with a defamation case filed against him for his alleged statement, why all thieves share the Modi surname.
