Karnataka HC: No Prohibition to Give Information After Filing of B-Report by Police - (20 Oct 2021)

Karnataka High Court has said that once an investigation is completed and B-Report is filed by the police, there is no prohibition to give information about the same under the Right To Information Act, 2005
