Delhi High Court Rejects Petition against Police Chief Bassi - (29 Feb 2016)

Delhi High Court has rejected a petition seeking action against Police Chief B.S. Bassi for allegedly “influencing” the probe in the Jawaharlal Nehru University sedition case, saying the plea was for “publicity interest” and courts cannot be burdened with such applications.
