Karnataka High Court Dismisses Batch of Petitions Challenging 2016 Yogesh Gowda Murder Case - (19 Oct 2021)

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a batch of petitions including that filed by former State Minister Vinay Kulkarni, challenging entrustment of the 2016 Yogesh Gowda Murder Case to Central Bureau of Investigation for further investigation.
