Canada and India to cooperate in competition matters- (Competition Commission of India) (29 Feb 2016)

The Competition Commission of India signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Competition Bureau of Canada to foster cooperation in competition related matters including coordination in enforcement activities when investigating the same.
