SC Allows Time to Resolve Issue of Permanent Commission to Women Short Service Commission Officers - (18 Oct 2021)

Supreme Court has allowed time until 22nd October, 2021 to the Centre and the Indian Army to resolve the issue of grant of Permanent Commission to those women Short Service Commission officers against whom there is no problem of disciplinary or vigilance clearance.
