CESTAT, Delhi: No Service Tax Payable on Services Provided by Government Company - (18 Oct 2021)

SERVICE TAX

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi has ruled that no Service Tax payable on services provided to Government Company for transmission of electricity.
