MP HC: Only an Assertion That Corpus Abducted Not Sufficient to Issue Writ - (05 Oct 2021)

CONSTITUTION

Madhya Pradesh High Court has ruled that only an assertion that the corpus has been abducted by some unknown miscreants, is not sufficient to seek issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.
