Rajasthan HC: Convenience Of Wife Is To Be Preferred Over The Convenience Of Husband - (04 Oct 2021)

Rajasthan HC while allowing the transfer application filed by wife in a Divorce case observed that in such matters, courts are required to give more weightage and consideration to the convenience of the female litigants in comparison to the husband's convenience.
