Calcutta High Court Stays Proceedings Against Amit Malviya In A Case Filed By Kolkata Police - (04 Oct 2021)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court has stayed all proceedings in a case lodged against Amit Malviya for "fraudulently" downloading information from Kolkata Police's website and circulating the same vide his Twitter handle in a bid to create unrest among different groups of officers.
