Calcutta HC: Application U/s 156(3) Cr.PC Cannot Be Dismissed Merely On the Ground Of Delay - (04 Oct 2021)

Calcutta High Court has observed that a magistrate cannot dismiss an application filed under Section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.PC) merely on the ground of delay in lodging complaint.
