Bombay HC: Mother's Work Commitments Don't Make Her Unsuitable for Child's Custody - (01 Oct 2021)

Bombay High Court has ruled that a minor's 'welfare' cannot be decided solely on which parent has more free time, observing that a busy actress's work commitments don't make her unsuitable for her child's custody.
