Karnataka HC Sets Aside Order Passed by Trial Court Acquitting Person Accused of Raping Minor - (01 Oct 2021)

Karnataka High Court has set aside the order passed by a trial court acquitting a person accused of raping a minor, observing that "guilt of the accused can be established only after examination of all the witnesses as desired by the prosecution.
