Kerala HC: Married Daughter & Parents of Deceased Entitled to Compensation As Dependents - (01 Oct 2021)

Kerala High Court has recently ruled that a married daughter and the parents of the deceased are entitled to claim compensation under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, as dependents of the deceased.
