Supreme Court has upheld the condition for Joint Entrance Examination which bars a student who has already joined an Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) from appearing in JEE(Advanced) Exam(Indian Institute of Technology Kharaghpur and others versus Soutrik Sarangi)
