Karnataka High Court: Breastfeeding Protected Under Article 21 as Fundamental Right - (30 Sep 2021)

CONSTITUTION

Karnataka High Court has said that breastfeeding a child is an important attribute of motherhood and is protected under the umbrella of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
