Delhi HC Stays Order Declaring CM's Promise on Payment of Rent for Poor as 'Legally Enforceable' - (28 Sep 2021)

Delhi High Court has temporarily stayed a single judge order making promises extended by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for payment of rent on behalf of poor tenants enforceable.
