Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Alleging Surveillance of Mobile Phones and Internet Devices - (27 Sep 2021)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a plea filed by an Advocate alleging that his mobile phone and internet devices were put under surveillance at the instance of his in-laws which were being intercepted without valid permission of the Government.
