Bombay HC Grants Maharashtra Government to Fill Up Vacancies in Human Rights Commission - (24 Sep 2021)

Bombay High Court has granted the Maharashtra Government one last chance to fill up vacancies in the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission while hearing a PIL that showed 50% of the posts are vacant.
