Kerala HC Disposes Of PIL Seeking Directions to Take Action for Proper Solid Waste Management - (24 Sep 2021)

Kerala High Court has disposed of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking directions to the concerned authorities to initiate immediate action for proper solid waste management, subsequent to the devastating floods in the State.
