Madras HC Upholds Notification Issued by Central Government Directing Prohibition of Crash Guards - (22 Sep 2021)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Madras High Court has upheld a notification issued by the Central government dated December 7, 2017 directing all State governments and Union Territories to prohibit the use of crash guards and bull bars in motor vehicles.
