Karnataka High Court Imposes Rs 10 Lakh Cost on Petition Filed Over Business Feud - (22 Sep 2021)

Karnataka High Court has imposed an exemplary cost of Rs 10 lakh on a PIL petitioner, a fish supplying agent, for filing a petition against a fishmeal and oil manufacturing company, due to his personal dispute with the company over a business deal.
