Madras HC: CBSE Schools Need Not File Self Declaration Forms - (26 Feb 2016)

Madras HC has restrained School Education Department from insisting that CBSE schools should submit self declaration form, in accordance with amendment made to Rule 12 of Tamil Nadu Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011 on September 18, 2014.
