Bombay High Court has dismissed Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) worker Rajesh Kunte's petition seeking directions to a Magistrate in Maharashtra to exhibit transcripts of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's speech as 'evidence' in the ongoing defamation case against him.
