Delhi HC: Not Criminal Expense Where Expenses Borne by Both Partners in Live-in Relationship - (20 Sep 2021)

Delhi High Court has observed that in a live-in relationship where both partners are living together, it would not be a criminal offence in case expenses are borne by the prosecutrix or by both the partners.
