Bombay HC Issues Notice to Govt., RBI in Case of Pensioners’ Issues - (26 Feb 2016)

Bombay HC, while taking suo motu PIL on problems faced by pensioners while withdrawing pensions, has issued notices to Union of India through Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Reserve Bank of India through its Governor and State Government through Secretary, Finance Department.
