MP HC Grants Bail to Man Booked Under POCSO Act for Raping 15-Year Old Girl - (17 Sep 2021)

CRIMINAL

Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted bail to a man booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl noting that the Girl, on her own, went with the accused and gave birth to a child as well.
