Kerala HC Urges State to Draft Law to Penalise Retired Police Officers Tampering With Investigation - (16 Sep 2021)

Kerala High Court has directed the State to look into the matter of absence of law in force to take action against a police officer who tampers with a criminal investigation after retirement.
