Delhi HC Inquires from Election Commission About Steps Taken to Prevent Voting in Lieu of Cash - (15 Sep 2021)

ELECTION

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Election Commission of India on a PIL challenging the alleged practice of political parties offering cash benefits in lieu of votes during elections.
