Karnataka HC Disposes Off Recovery Proceedings Against Transport Corporation Employees - (15 Sep 2021)

Karnataka High Court has disposed off a petition seeking to recover the revenue loss from Unions and Employees of the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) and Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), who went on an alleged illegal strike in December 2020.
