Bombay HC: Second Wife Can Claim Retirement Benefits of Deceased Husband - (25 Feb 2016)

Bombay HC has ruled that second wife of a Union Government employee can claim retirement benefits of the deceased husband who had nominated his second wife to receive all retirement benefits, after he cancelled the nomination of his first wife after giving her a divorce.
