Delhi HC Issues Directions for Conducting Elections for Delhi Capital Badminton Association - (13 Sep 2021)

Delhi High Court has issued directions for the purpose of conducting elections for Delhi Capital Badminton Association after observing that the ultimate aim of the said exercise is to ensure that the elections are conducted in a smooth manner.
