AAR, Tamil Nadu: Value of Apartments Deemed Equal to Amount Charged for Similar Apartment - (10 Sep 2021)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Tamil Nadu has ruled that the value of construction in respect of Apartments shall be deemed to be equal to the Total amount charged for similar apartments in the project from the independent buyers.
