Karnataka HC Directs State to Take Action Against Illegal Building Permissions Granted - (08 Sep 2021)

CIVIL

Karnataka High Court has directed the State Government to take action against persons in authority, who granted "illegal permissions" in respect of various building structures to be constructed in the "no construction zone" along the National Highway.
