Supreme Court Refuses to Entertain BSP MLA Mukhtar Ansari's Wife's Plea Seeking Protection - (07 Sep 2021)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a writ petition filed by BSP MLA Mukhtar Ansari's wife, Afshan Ansari seeking protection and safety of her husband's life as he remains lodged in Banda Jail in the State of Uttar Pradesh and attends the trial.
