Kerala HC: Marriages Under Special Marriage Act Can be Registered Through Video Conference - (07 Sep 2021)

Kerala High Court has ruled that considering the technological advancements in place, marriages under the Special Marriage Act (SMA), 1954 can be registered through video conference.
