Delhi HC Refuses Interim Protection from Arrest to Students Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya - (24 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC has refused to grant interim protection from arrest to Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) students Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya, who had sought to surrender at an undisclosed location and time in a sedition case.
