CCI Permits Virtusa to Acquire 53% Stake in Polaris - (24 Feb 2016)

Virtusa Corp has received Competition Commission of India (CCI)’s nod to acquire 53 per cent stake in Polaris Consulting & Services for about Rs 1,173 crore.
