Madras HC Finds Two Lawyers Guilty of Contempt of Court for Vexatious Litigation - (31 Aug 2021)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Madras High Court has found two lawyers guilty of contempt of Court for having pursued 'vexatious litigation' to remove a Registrar (Vigilance) by filing a false affidavit accusing her of holding the post in the absence of the required qualifications.
