Madras HC: Person Engaged in Selling Fair Price Commodities to be Sincere in Duties - (31 Aug 2021)

Madras High Court has said that a person who was engaged in selling or distributing fair price commodities was expected to be sincere and honest in performing his duties, while dismissing a petition filed by a dismissed fair price shop employee.
